First let me say that you really did a good job at capturing the design and colors! That looks great. It really is a beautiful piece over all.
However, I do see a lot of faults in the anatomy. The far front leg looks really good though! The one in the back that's lifted is pretty wonky looking. The knee went back too far, making the thigh too thin. The hip would connect much further forward. If you're afraid of it looking fat, just make sure to get it some definition of the bone.
The front leg that touches the ground is a little too think at the bottom, and it looks like it doesn't have bones, the back on the ground looks the same.
You did a good job with the background! I like the shading of the ground, and the clouds.
The mane looks pretty good, but the base of the tail is too high on the rump. Just lower it a little and it'll look great!

Honestly I'm quite impressed with this piece from you though. :3
